Are you interested in having the power to make a change on our campus? It is election season around the country, and Roanoke College is following suit.

The Student Government Association is accepting candidates for its executive board until Nov. 9.

The positions that are available are president, vice president, secretary and treasurer. The people who fill these positions will be making decisions that will directly impact the student body of Roanoke College.

Students who are interested in being on the ballot should complete an information sheet and create a short campaign statement. After a candidate has been approved, he or she can begin campaigning to gain support from fellow students. Campaigning will take place from Nov. 9 – Nov. 16.

Elections will be held Nov. 15-16.

For more information and to obtain an election packet, email sga@roanoke.edu.
